Huckleberry Farms is New Zealand's leading retailer of natural, organic and gluten free products. We have a buying committee that meets regularly to consider new products. All products are assessed on a formal basis and will be selected or rejected for our stores based on our company selection criteria.

If you have a product or a line of products you would like us to consider stocking in our stores, please follow the procedures outlined here.

Samples
In order to adequately examine a product we require samples of products in complete packaging. Please do not send us pictures of packaging with small samples attached. A sample of each relevant flavour or style should be included. Please do not send us samples that you need to have returned, we will almost always need to open products to assess them properly.

Relevant Information
We have attached some forms which can be printed-off and should accompany each item for consideration. If we do not have all relevant information such as pricing and pack size we cannot adequately decide on a product.

Please note that suppliers are often asked to provide proof that products do not contain GE ingredients. In particular products with corn or soy ingredients often require some verification that these ingredients are from a non GE source.

It is also important that we understand exactly what non-specific ingredients are. So any ingredients such as "Natural flavouring", "Vegetable oil" or "preservative" need explanation as to what is actually used.

Delivery of Samples and Information
All samples and information should be delivered to one of our three stores for the attention of the store manager. There is no need to deliver samples to all stores as the store manager will present products on your behalf at the next buyers meeting.

Supplements and Herbal Products
Please direct these products to Lynda (Assistant Manager) at Harvest Wholefoods. She will present these products at buyers meetings. Always include as much information as possible.
