Brownies
60g dark cooking chocolate
3/4 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 6 beaten eggs 3/4 cup sifted coconut flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped In a saucepan heat chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Remove from heat. Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in a greased and lightly floured 20x20x5cm cake tin. Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes. Cool slightly; cut into 5cm squares. Makes 16 brownies. This recipe is adopted from Bruce Fife's recipe |
