Coconut Bread

6 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sifted COCONUT FLOUR
1 tsp baking powder

1. Blend together gees, butter, honey and salt.
2. Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk thoroughly into batter until there are no lumps.
3. Pour into greased 22x12x7.5cm or smaller loaf pan and bake at 175°C for 40 minutes.
4. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
