Muesli Crunchies

Makes: 12          Ready in: 20 minutes

Simple and quick to make, these healthy treats are a great way to enjoy a muesli snack.

85g Organic butter
180g Organics Apricot Almond or Tropical Muesli
40g Brown Sugar, Demerara

1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. Melt butter gently in a saucepan, without letting it colour. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and muesli until evenly combined. Add the melted butter and mix until well blended.
3. Put paper muffin cups into a 12-cup muffin tin. Spoon the muesli mixture into the muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Leave in the tin to cool before removing.
