Toll House Cookies

1/2 cup butter, soft (not pasteurized)
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup coconut flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 175°C. In a separate bowl add dry ingredients (salt, baking powder and flour) use a whisk to combine. In a mixer combine on level 4 (slow to medium) sugar and butter till well combined, add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Slowly pour in dry ingredients. Then add the chips on stir setting (slow). Rounded teaspoon of dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 14 minutes at 175°C.
