Cardamom & Rose Lassi

This delightfully sweet and exotic central Asian yoghurt drink is definitely one to drink slowly.

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground cardamom seeds
  • 30ml rose water
  • 2 cups plain organic yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Leave covered in fridge for at least 30 minutes to infuse.

Serve and enjoy.
