Creamed Coconut Breakfast Oats

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Creamed Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional

Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan.  Add oats and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  After 5 minutes add honey, cinnamon, creamed coconut and seeds (if desired).  Let simmer for 5 more minutes.  Serve with extra honey and cinnamon to add to taste.
