Guacamole

  • 1-2 ripe avocadoes
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1/2 - 1 cup red capsicum
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • Fish sauce or sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Creamed Coconut
  • Olive oil to taste

Soften Creamed Coconut if required.  Then pulse blend remainder of ingredients until right mix of saltiness, sourness, smoothness is obtained for your taste.
