Muffin Mix: is a product to allow you to bake at home.  The product is gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, potato, corn, preservative,sesame and peanut free, it could be egg free using an egg replacement.

Ingredients : Rice, Tapioca, Sugar, Vegetable gum, Aluminium Free Baking Powder

Instructions:  Mix together 100mls of oil, 250mls of rice milk or alternative, and 5mls of vanilla, whisk together and add to one packet of mix (500gr) and mix gently.  Let stand for 5 mins and then put into muffin tins and add flavours, let stand another 5 mins and bake for 25mins at 175.
